June 26, 2022:

We are excited to share the online launch of Spillway Stories, a collaboration with The Art of the Rural, Engage Winona, and individuals across the community that creates space for artists, culture-bearers, and storytellers to share the history, experiences, and visions for the future in the Winona region.

Deep gratitude to everyone involved in making these pieces possible!

Spillway is an initiative supporting artists, culture-bearers, and local organizations in their expression of the diverse cultures, communities, and histories of the Upper Mississippi River region.

The stories shared here were produced through a collaboration between Art of the Rural and Engage Winona.
